Description

This is a composition of a 3D object placed on a 2D image. ETSU's Governor's Hall dorm is the main building and the Clock Tower was placed in front. A complete HDRI image was created at the site and used for the final rendering, which took about 4 hours.

-v2. The gold color has been altered slightly. The ground has also been made to be less of a sharp edge.

All these years later, it's still really weird to see artwork involving ETSU. I rarely found people here on dA that were ETSU students, and honestly I think I made more art buddies from ETSU on here than meeting people there.


I visited the campus just after Governor's was built, and my cousin roomed there for almost two semesters. I turned it down, I was not a fan of the dorm not having any sort of kitchen.


You're probably long gone since this was posted, but thought I'd leave a note as said ETSU students have moved on and left the place.
